What is a Housing Co-operative

The biggest misconception is that they are apartments.   You are a member and shareholder of a housing co-operative community.   115 Place Housing Co-operative is made up of two towers with a total of 244 units centrally located two blocks from Lougheed Skytrain Station, and three blocks from Lougheed Mall.  We are one of the very few co-ops that have a swimming pool which is the heart of our social gatherings for longer than the three month summer.
